Description

Performs tasks requiring application of standard pipeline engineering techniques and procedures. Standard design of pipeline project work. Assist lead engineers with various project duties. Assist in the preparation of design documents and preliminary cost estimates for pipeline projects. Perform pipeline design duties according to applicable codes and safety regulations. Assist in the preparation of bid documents for material, equipment and construction. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET accredited program. Completion of FE exam strongly preferred. Entry-level position (zero to two years of professional experience). Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Ability to learn applicable pipeline design codes and safety requirements. Previous internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
