  • Supervise Daily Operations:

  • Supervising all project employees and coordinating efforts to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals are met.

  • Support and enforce the Corporate and Client safety programs and safety culture.

  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the Owner/Client.

  • Lead the Field Project Team to ensure that project objectives are being met.

  • Site Audits:

  • Ensure Daily site safety audits and corrective actions are being performed, as necessary, to correct non-compliance item(s).

  • Report finding(s) and corrective action(s) to the Project Manager and Loss Prevention Manager.

  • Site Execution:

  • Understand and execute the project scope and any changes that develop. Ensure field change orders are executed.

  • Understand the project costs and execute proper accounting requirements.

  • Understand and execute the projects quality requirements and procedures. Ensure that the site-specific QA/QC plan is implemented.

  • Understand and execute the site-specific safety plan. Ensure the SSE program is implemented.

  • Ensure necessary subcontract requests and subcontract change order requests are implemented.


Technical :

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety laws.

  • Microsoft Office.

  • Basic office equipment.

Physical :

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands and fingers to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

  • Ability to lift 20lbs.

Other :

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership skills.


  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Degreed in construction science or management or equivalent combination of training and work experience.

  • 7-12 years in the construction industry.

  • 5 years management experience.
