Burns & McDonnell CRM Developer (Dynamics) - Corporate IT (Kansas City) in Kansas City, Missouri

Description

The CRM Developer will be a critical part of the CRM team within the Corporate Information Technology (IT) department. This individual will be contributing to the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of both new and existing features in Dynamics 365 to operationalize marketing and sales efforts. This position will be an in-office setting at our World Headquarters in Kansas City, MO.

  • Analyze commercially available software and perform gap analysis for making buy vs. build decisions

  • Maintain best practices

  • Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively

  • Participate in planning and design sessions with internal business units

  • Follow best practices to influence design and business processes.

  • Execute ongoing release management to ensure an informed, efficient, and confident user base

  • Perform technical analysis of existing reusable software components for inclusion in solution

  • Lead code review sessions for artifacts delivered by partners

  • Ensure modifications and extensions are well documented

  • Develop custom D365 application components based on user requirements when appropriate using .NET, X , C#, C

  • Support system administrators on code deployments to lower environments

  • Support system administrators on system version updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree computer science, management information systems or related field. Applicable years of experience maybe substituted for degree requirement.

  • Minimum 4 years experience with Dynamics CRM development, including Portals

  • Good communication with team and customer.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with C#.NET, Angular preferred

  • Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and XRM is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to connect technology solutions to business needs

  • Ability to work independently

  • Delivery of software solutions on products consistently on time with little to no errors.
