A Brief Overview of the Role

The Project Manager, Innovation, plays a crucial role in overseeing projects that align with our strategic objectives through effective use of OKRs. This position is responsible for leading initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring they not only meet but exceed our standards for innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness. Utilizing advanced tools like Palantir Foundry, the role demands a high level of project management precision and data integration to drive decision-making processes.

What you will do

  • Develop and define clear OKRs for each project, aligning with broader company objectives to ensure strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams in the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to defined OKRs, with a focus on achieving key results within the stipulated timeframes and budgets.

  • Regularly review and adjust project OKRs based on ongoing analysis and stakeholder feedback, ensuring project objectives remain aligned with company goals.

  • Utilize Microsoft Viva Goals for tracking and managing project OKRs, and employ Palantir Foundry for advanced data integration and analysis, facilitating transparency and real-time visibility into project performance against objectives.

  • Communicate progress on project OKRs to all stakeholders, including executive leadership, through regular updates and review meetings.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of OKRs in driving project outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for OKR refinement in future projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management, with significant exposure to managing projects driven by strict adherence to OKRs.

  • Strong competency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.

  • Proficient in the use of OKR-focused platforms, notably Microsoft Viva Goals, and experienced with Palantir Foundry for enhanced data analytics and project insights.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to inspire teams to achieve and exceed their project goals.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
