  • The Resident Project Representative (RPR) will provide on-site resident administrative and construction observation services on behalf of Owner for municipal water / wastewater treatment plants, as well as water distribution systems and stormwater / wastewater collection systems.

  • Responsibilities include direct interaction with owner, contractor, and stakeholders.

  • Maintenance of daily field reports, photos, measurements, estimates of quantities to confirm conformance with contract documents, and other documentation of project activities, such as periodic status reports, Buy American compliance, subcontractor activities, as-built information, QC/QA logs and reports, and all required test procedures and reports, etc.

  • Preparation and development of work change directives, field orders, pay estimates and change orders / requests.

  • Field work and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Architecture, Structural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and other work related to similar water / wastewater projects preferred.

  • Experience with treatment equipment, hydraulic systems, and conveyance, such as water and wastewater treatment facilities, lift / pump stations, piping, etc. preferred.

  • Experience with electrical systems (power, control, SCADA, conduit, lighting, etc.) preferred.

  • Experience with infrastructure construction (rebar, concrete placement, steel or CMU building erection, earthwork, mechanical equipment, HVAC, etc.) preferred.

  • Experience with surveying and materials testing preferred.
