Burns & McDonnell Senior Visualization Designer in Kansas City, Missouri

Description

As a member of the Global Facilities team, the Senior Visualization Designer will provide conceptual ideation and innovative visualization solutions to be used in various marketing channels, presentations and client deliverables. This individual will work within a highly-collaborative team to assess the needs of the company and provide visually engaging animations, renderings, presentations and immersive assets to assist business development and marketing efforts.

  • Design visualization assets including animated videos, interactive/immersive projects, presentations and project deliverables for various marketing and business development channels.

  • Conceptualize 3d, 2d graphic assets and animated sequences using various software packages incorporating modeling, animating cameras, storyboarding, applying materials, creating lighting solutions and editing videos for various marketing efforts.

  • Design and develop various graphic elements to support presentations and marketing goals.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

  • Seven years of professional or commercial graphic design experience.

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred.

  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Motion/After Effects.

  • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment.

  • Ability to demonstrate creative conceptualization, problem solving, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of new technologies, trends and optimizing multimedia assets for mobile, online and presentations.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and trouble shooting ability.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships with internal clients.
