Description

This candidate will join our Information Technology department and work directly with the business to provide high-quality project consultation for Monday.com. We are looking for an organized professional to apply self-initiative, technical quality and creativity, with a strong emphasis on customer commitment, industry best practices, and continuous improvement.

• Analyze commercially available software and perform gap analysis for buy vs. build decisions

• Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively

• Participate in planning and design sessions with internal business units

• Follow best practices to influence design and business processes.

• Execute ongoing release management to ensure an informed, efficient, and confident user base

• Perform technical analysis of existing reusable software components for inclusion in solution

• Lead code review sessions for artifacts delivered by partners

• Ensure customizations and plugins are well documented

• Develop custom components based on user requirements when appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable years of experience in lieu of degree

• 4 years developing business-user-facing applications

• Monday.com admin certification strongly preferred

• Monday.com APi certification strongly preferred

• Knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Ruby

• Experience with React (preferred)

• Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and ability to work with databases such as SQL, Dataverse

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to connect technology solutions to business needs

• Ability to work independently
