Burns & McDonnell HR Recruitment Coordinator in Mumbai, India

Description

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide a customer service-based approach to the administration and coordination of employee recruitment for Burns & McDonnell by offering general support to the recruitment team in a high-volume recruiting environment.

  • Work closely with BMcD client to identify staffing needs and job specifications for posting various job opportunities Internally / Externally.

  • Preparing offer workup to support BMcD partners in interview process.

  • Monitor the job requisition submittals and approval process within the applicant tracking system to ensure progression throughout the integrated workflow.

  • Uploading documents/ feedbackof candidates in ATS as they are received.

  • Assist with the process of reimbursement of expenses for interviewed candidates.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Experience using recruitment software and tools.

Qualifications

The candidate should have Bachelors /Masters degree in Human Resource. The candidate should have a work experience of 0-1 years.
