  • Daily Hardware & Software troubleshooting calls.

  • Azure Login ID Creation & Deletion.

  • New Joiner setup.

  • Installation of Operating system.

  • Software installation through SCCM.

  • Troubleshooting MACBOOK issues.

  • Audio Video room maintenance.

  • Printer & Plotter maintenance.

  • Should be familiar with Incident & Task tracking through ServiceNow.

  • Induction for new joiners.

  • Asset Management

  • Inventory management.

  • Vendor management activities like creating purchase requisition & follow-up with vendors.

  • Good writing & verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Candidate should have a Diploma / Degree and 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
