Job Overview:-

Successful Developer/Data Engineer display strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and

written/oral communication skills. They should be detail-oriented team members who can

consistently meet deadlines and possess the ability to work independently as needed.

Computer, interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary. He/She must be able to multi-task

and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse work group of stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties :-

Technical:-

  • Design, develop, and maintain data models, integrations, and workflows within Palantir Foundry.

  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyzing data within Palantir to extract insights and creating

visualizations for easy interpretation.

  • Querying and Language Skills: Utilizing query languages or scripts (e.g., Palantir Query Language,

Python) to interact with the data and perform analyses.

  • Database and Data Modeling: Understanding database structures and data modeling to optimize

data storage and retrieval.

  • Cybersecurity and Data Privacy: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and ensuring data privacy

and security while working with sensitive information.

  • Machine Learning and AI: Familiarity with integrating machine learning and AI capabilities within

the Palantir environment for advanced analytics.

  • Scripting and Automation: Using scripting languages (e.g., Python) to automate processes and

workflows within Palantir.

  • API Integration: Integrating Palantir with other systems and applications using APIs for seamless

data flow.

  • Optimize and tune Foundry configurations to enhance system performance and efficiency.

  • Creation and understanding of PDD, SDD, BRD, TRD by working with stakeholders and cross

functional team. Integration analysis, specification, and solution design

  • Create End user documentation

  • Debugging & Trouble shooting

Non-Technical:

  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of Palantir Foundry.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and

innovation in data processes and solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Self-driven learning of technologies being adopted by the organization.

  • Work as part of a team of developers, QA, support staff, and DevOps engineers in a highly

collaborative fashion .

Qualifications

  • Bsc IT, IT, or any relevant stream, Relevant Experience: 2-8 yrs.

  • Palantir Foundry Certification

  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server) & Python working knowledge.

  • Interest to learn & develop IT skills

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Basic understanding about the construction

industry

  • Ready to work permanently in 2nd shift (12:30 pm to 9:00 PM) to get 3-4 hours to coordinate with

US Office. Ready to work from office (not remotely)
