Burns & McDonnell Social Media Coordinator in Mumbai, India

Description

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for assisting and performing Burns & McDonnell’s social media strategy and will lead the social team. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and story teller who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and is passionate about developing engaging social media content.

Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy, while also implementing tactics in support of the strategy.

Develop and manage editorial calendars for the corporate and careers blogs and all company social media platforms.

Create blog content and manage assignments for internal and external writing resources.

Oversee day-to-day community management and engagement responsibilities for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media communities. 

Monitor and participate in online conversations.

Serve as the program manager for our employee advocacy program.

Provide training and guidance to employees on social media best practices, specifically related to LinkedIn and social selling.

Measure, analyze and report on effectiveness of social media programs.

Collaborate with marketing managers on integrated marketing campaigns.

All other duties as assigned.   

Hubspot/ Marketo experience is a must

Qualifications

The candidate should have a BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or any Graduation/Diploma in relevant field.The candidate should have a work experience of 5 years
