Burns & McDonnell is in search of a Treasury Analyst to join our US Treasury team and contribute to the oversight of our corporate card program. In

this position, you will play a crucial role in providing operational assistance to the Treasury department, encompassing tasks such as corporate card

administration, cash management, and cash forecasting. Successful candidates will possess the capability to establish and maintain strong working

relationships within a collaborative team and serve as a liaison to various business units. We're seeking a self-motivated individual with strong

attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong quantitative abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

This role will support Burns & McDonnell US Corporate Treasury team with:

-Corporate Card Program Administration

-New card holder applications – send email to new cardholders and monitor card activations

-Monitor Corporate Card email inbox for questions and coordinate responses (Travel, AP, etc. as needed)

-Handle final clearance and credit card account closure

-Analyze account balances and manage credit balance requests

-Review high risk card activity and provide leadership reporting

-Review transactions in Expense Management System, provide leadership reporting and send follow-up to employees

-Other Treasury Items

-Reconcile Letter of Credit fees to bank accounts

-Prepare monthly bank fee analysis

-Clean up foreign currency/revaluation in GL accounts where there is no subledger, including ghost revaluation entries

-Net Intercompany balances (deemed payments) to a single currency between foreign subs and US after monthly activity has been processed

-All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

-4 to 10 years professional work experience, preferably with exposure to monthly financial reporting, account reconciliations, and financial statement

-close processes

-Strong reporting and analytics skills preferred

-Experience with Oracle is preferred but not required

-Must be self-motivated, detailed, well organized and have strong issue-resolution skills

-Excellent oral and written communication skills required
