This position supervises the department assistants within the Mission Critical practice.Serve as the technical advisor and provide senior-level input and evaluation of administrative activities.

Assign work and review staff performance to ensure quality and efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.
Monitor and maintain staffing levels, staff loading and staff assignments to meet project requirements while maintaining billable goals.
Recruitment, development, training and retention of department staff.
Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship with the supervisor and staff.
Use judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine situations.
Interpret and adapt guidelines, including unwritten policies, precedents, and practices.
Composes correspondence on own initiative about administrative matters for supervisor's approval.
Coordinate special events.
All other duties as assigned.
High School degree or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years, 3-5 yrs of previous supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent computer skills.
