Establish and achieve evolving goals along your career journey — all at the same company.

We’re proud to be a 100% employee-owned company. It’s the core of our DNA. From robust training programs to a commitment to diversity and inclusion and all the ways we give back, our employee-owners help our clients, our industries and our communities thrive.

As an Assistant Traffic Engineer in our traffic group, you will work under the supervision of a licensed professional engineer (PE) and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) to assist multidisciplinary project teams across the public and private sectors.

You will have the opportunity to develop safe, efficient, and reliable transportation systems that will serve all modes of travel within our communities and the country for years to come. To be successful you will need to be capable and interested in learning a variety of new skills through both mentorship and independent review of multiple documents from national best practices to client-specific standards. You will have to think critically to apply those standards to the given project to develop exceptional quality construction plans and effectively communicate the methods and results through presentations, memos, and reports.
