Burns & McDonnell Assistant Business Analyst in Wallingford, Connecticut

Description

Burns & McDonnell is seeking Assistant Business Analyst to support development of program management tools.

  • Duties include managing the deployment and customization of project management systems to meet client specific requirements within established budgets and deadlines.

  • Work closely with the client and with end-users to continually evolve the tools as needed to support organizational goals.

  • Review existing client information from existing financial and work management systems and design a methodology for capturing same information.

  • Experience administering/configuring applications would be a plus.

  • May also be asked to work on business development opportunities, recruiting of new team members, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience with requirements gathering and analysis a plus. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous exposure to one or more of the following technologies is a plus:

  • Oracle Primavera Unifier

  • Oracle Primavera EPPM

  • Oracle BI Publisher

  • MS SQL Server

  • Oracle Database
