The P6 Integration Lead collaborateswith the client and fellow team members to migrate hundreds of on-prem P6 users

and hundreds of active projects to a cloud-based P6 instance, integrating the

cloud based P6 instance and OPPM with on-prem P6 containing detailed plant

work-management schedules using Oracle’s PIF integration technology.

  • Heavily support client to identify, collect, refine, evaluate, prioritize, manage, estimate, schedule, plan, fund and drive execution of all opportunities to enhance P6’s capabilities.

  • Create, conduct, perform and manage methodology, process, and delivery of all software delivery activity that occurs after obtaining requirements and prior to user acceptance testing (UAT), including application architecture, specification, configuration, development, environment maintenance/optimization, security configuration, technical defect fixing, system testing, change management, and operations support for P6 (for any type of change/enhancement/defect fix). Manage delivery, including dependencies, forecast, issues, risks, and schedule for any and all deliverables.

  • Determines client’s objectives by reviewing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating requirements.

  • Lead a team of 2-3 business analysts, application specialists, and IT professionals.

  • Implements and Improves cloud solutions & P6 to maximize business value by studying client current practices, creating, documenting, piloting, and/or proposing system modifications.

  • Proposes, pilots, designs, and implements P6 and integration solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying client system capabilities, or writing specifications.

  • Ensures system integrations have appropriate data, data quality controls, auditing, monitoring, and security.

  • Ensures key construction related entities sourced and maintained in sync across portfolio.

  • Serves as bridge between client business, team members, client IT, and/or Vendors, working to influence, direct and support execution of prioritized business needs, including supporting system and data integration needs.

  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Applies analytical and technical thinking within areas of assigned responsibility to resolve client issues and challenges by identifying possible alternatives, and providing recommendations.

  • All other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Construction Management, MIS or related field

  • Minimum 8 years’ progressive experience in and Information Technology or system integration role

  • 4 years’ experience working in enterprise architecture and/or system integration is preferred

  • Experience as an administrator or super-user and/or implementing project controls enterprise software strongly preferred

  • Understanding of software implementation methodologies (waterfall, iterative and incremental)

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to learn and understand new technologies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly self-motivated and directed

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Ability to obtain legal work authorization in Canada required.

  • Ability obtain Nuclear Facility security clearance required

  • Experience Integrating Oracle P6 and/or OPPM preferred

  • Experience using Oracle P6 preferred

  • Experience with construction project controls work preferred
